I hate to keep preaching about Size On, but if you want the best supp to build muscle, that's the one you want. Give it a try.

I tried SizeOn, stopped using it in the middle of the tub because it wasnt working for me...Mind you this was several months ago when my diet and lifting werent the GREATEST, my lifting wasnt bad but my diet was poorer then it is today...So im looking around my house to see if my tub is still around here somewhere, Ill give it a try again.

ya... im loving size-on. its a really good product. but i think the answer to your question man is protein. specifically, Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard. best. protein. ever.

Xceed, Clout, and SizeOn are all great creatine products. agreed.. people also liked cellmass a lot for creatine supp also. the thing with xceed is, is that you take it preworkout and postworkout

Which when I went to their website they did not provide nutritional info, so forget that.

I just saw an ad for the Vitamin Shoppe, ON's 100% Whey Protein is currently on sale there for only $29, and that's for the 5lb tub. I don't work there, just passing on some $$ saving info.....

Most of the PH wanna be supps out there are pretty worthless as far as im concerened. If your over the age of 25 get a good natural test booster (the most scientifically backed is Tribulus). PH's are awesome and you can see great results from them, but you literally have to sit down for hours planning out how much your gonna take, what your pct is gonna be, what your nutrition is gonna be like, and how you wanna train while taking them. Then after all that you have to ask yourself if its worth the risk. You really have to do a ton of research (something I cant stress enough).
