I've been lifting serious for 2yrs now, and I've gained 30lbs since then. But I've slowed down and in my gains. I've taken all sorts of supplements and I'm wondering what the best one is for gaining muscle that I'll keep. Creatine monohydrate was just water weight, whats the best legal supplements out there for putting on mass?
