I am a 45 year old Tennis Warrior. I play tennis around 6-7 hours a week ... that's on court playing time. I also keep in shape by doing body wieght workouts. Hindu-pushups,pushups, Hindu Squats and bridging. This keeps me very flexible and keeps my muscles very toned. Since using Shaklee's Physique I never get sore after playing tennis and/or working out. I have also noticed an increase in muscle in the shoulders/abs and legs ... these areas I target because of tennis. I am in the best shape of my life. Go to http://www.shaklee.net/lisamuller/product/20306 to check out Physique. Another very good product with whey in it ... that I use during my matches ... is Shaklee's Multi-Munch Protein Boost Nutrition Bar which can be found at http://www.shaklee.net/lisamuller/product/20224 . I know these products will help you. George Muller Tennis/Wellness Warrior

IMO pro performance "mega whey extreme" is much better than 100% gold standard whey on taste alone.

Definitely ON 100% Whey. Almost any flavor is going to be good.

What is up with Shaklee? This friend of mine swears by their multi-vitamins.
