Best Supplement for me? - Tuesday, February 20, 2007 9:21 PM
Hey guys this is my first post on this forum. I was wondering if you could help me. I need to know the best supplement or combination of supplements for me. I work out for about an hour a day. im 6'4 and weigh 230 lbs im tryin to just gain some muscle mass and lose a little fat. Ive heard that creatine works good. Would this be a good choice for what i am wanting to do. Also what would be a good product to take with it. Thanks in advance.

The single two most important things are diet and training. When you got those down and some experience in the gym, creatine and a multivitamin would be a good place to start. I'm not really a fan of creatine monohydrate since I always got stomach cramps and bloated from it, so I'd say pick up some creatine ethyl ester such as DS Xceed, Gaspari Size-On, BSN Cellmass, CL Magnitude etc.

In order of importance
1. Whey Protein
2. Multivitamin
3. Creatine.
