Quick question to be thrown out into the weightlifting realm. I have been working out for about 5 years now. I have come across alot of do' s and don' ts pertaining to Protein and Creatine. I then moved on to taking NO2. I really want to establish a pro-active plan for my body. Thus i ask the learned for some educated advice. I was wondering if taking " TESTOROGAIN" , " NO2" ," CREATINE" ," GLUTAMINE" all at same time would be counter productive or harmful? I am three days into taking NO2 and i started taking glutamine today. If this is the wrong direction or if some one could help. My goals are to get a cleaner cut stomach, i would like to gain healthy mass. I weigh 215 and I am a pretty big boy. I just don' t have the Jay Cutler look and i would like to have it without taking steroids. Sorry bout the post. The real question is what should i take when it comes to prods. For cutting problem fat and gaining muscle mass at the same time. I guess that it wasn' t so quick!Smile

Just read it.... I pretty much have a strick diet routine. I stick to the body for life diet and I have my own workout routine. I am basically looking for advice on breaking through barriers. I have come to a road block. I was just curious if there is something to break through. Currently for Biceps I retain a 18" bicep but i would like to blast to 21" And for stomach I want to cut the stubborn fat that just won' t leave in the center region. I use to be in the military so I have a high metabolism. I just thought that maybe there might be something out there to help?

So far, good reviews on Lipoderm-Y

I' m impartial at the moment to better creatine transport systems like V12 by SANS

Not to be nosey, but what' s your age? If you think you' ve peaked out (does anybody really know their genetic potential anyway) you could try a beginner stack of Pro-Hormones. But I' d suggest you do some reading in that forum first to make sure you understand the risks, rewards and what you are doing before diving into that realm.

If you have a diet down, and routine down.. you could try eating more.. but I' m sure you' ve explored that option already.

Getting cut is something that many believe can be totally controlled by diet. Your cardio during the week will have a lot to do with that. Males retain fat around the abs. That is the last and hardest place to get rid of it.

The only way to get really ripped (below 8%) would be to go on a short ketosis diet, whereby you change the way your body burns it' s primary fuel source from carbs to fats.. less efficient. Primary method of the Atkin' s type diets. I would suggest this only for short periods (competitions and such) as it does stress the body.

Your best bet is to try Lipoderm-Y for certain area.. see if it works.. post your results so others can view them. Maybe a more advanced creatine stack (like V12) would be in order.

Have you read or tried Max-OT? Hell of a way to gain some size. We' ve got some members here who have tried it and are finding it to be very effective.

Max-OT
Lipoderm-Y

No worries Bud. I am 21 so i know for a fact that i havn' t peaked out yet. The worest part about everything is the yo-yo affect. I put on weight and take it off just as fast. I will do some reading on the ketosis diet. So by taking NO2 or creatine inhibit the effects of lipoderm-Y?
