Best ways to cut fat?
-
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 7:53 PM
( #1 )
I'm trying to cut some bodyfat before bulking again this winter. For cardio, i'm running and rowing utilizing hiit techniques. My diet isn't anything over-the-top in detail, and I'm mainly trying to eat less n burn more calories, while avoiding grain/bread carbs, and stick to fruit n vegetables when I need to. My diet is high in protein n fats as opposed to high in carbs. What additional suggestions might anyone here have in regards to the quickest way to cut fat while keeping muscle????????
