Best time to do cardio & Best thing to eat before doing cardio

I am a full time college student. 19 and 132lbs w/ a 13 BF%. My goal is to lower my BF to 7%. On mon, wed, and sunday i do cardio in the morning around 8 am. Is this a good idea??? ON tue, sat i do cardio in the afternoon around 3:00. Which is better I usually eat a banana 15 mins before cardio, is this a good idea??? Is there any other fruit i can eat before cardio that would help me better than a banana thanks

1. Never eat before cardio. 2. Cardio should be done when gycogen stores are used up. Either first thing in the morning, or after a weight training session. These are the 2 golden rules for FAT LOSS cardio.

I've been doing morning cardio for the alst few weeks , 6 days a week , hourly sessions. My God.

AdamScott I've been doing morning cardio for the alst few weeks , 6 days a week , hourly sessions. My God. Cripes-how much weight have you lost doing that?!
