Best supplement to Rid abdominal fat

Hi everyone,
im new to the forums I was looking for a supplement that is good in aiding the loss of fat in the abdomen of course along with a healthy diet and exercise. wondering if anyone has tried something that has worked well. Also some suggestions for types of supplements that aide in the effects of cortisol as I have alot of stress and think that might be a contributing factor to it all. Even when i was at my thinest I still had belly fat and I seem to store most of my weight there. I would apperciate any suggsetions.
 
I saw a thing about Forge: Adipokinetix and was wondering how that works and if that would be helfpul also something on lysine i believe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

like you said, diet and exercise. 
 
you can't spot train certain areas of you body to get fat off. you have to do your whole body at the same time.
 
as far as fat burners, the only one i trust when i'm cutting for a comp is hydroxycut hardcore.
