Best strengthening Supp? - Thursday, April 02, 2009 1:01 AM ( #1 )
Well its time to strengthen something fierce and I've just about finished some creatine cycles. A CEE and Mono. Results could have been better. But, I'm gonna cycle off and i'm lookin for the best possible strengthening supp or combo. Should I stick to a creatine? if so any suggestions? or is there some kinda Caffeine type supp, like NO XPLOD? which i've yet to take and am Quite curious. Should I mix the 2? Throw something at me. Thanks guys

Don't rely on supplement too much for physical strengthening.
Just back to basic is allmost enough. eg. Whey protein, Multivictamine, Glutamine, Creatine mono.

In fact, the most powerful strengthening part is our human mentality.  It is playing are important role for bodybuilding road.

Seamus pretty much hit it on the head. Your mentality and your diet are the best tools you have for increasing strength.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.

yeah I know, I do understand all that. But I joined a weight lifting team and I won't be hitting any supps real soon but once me and my partner got a good routine down, i will use something b/c I have to get to competing measures asap. Thats why i'm asking for your opinions. I have a good mindset when I go in a gym. Especially when Powerlifting. I'm not trying to shove your guys' advice back in your face or anything, its just that i could use a little extra help atleast for a cycle or 2. I' m gonna try competing under 181. I'm close but i think i can stay under for a little while.
