Choclate lovers get ready!!!
1 cup low fat cottage cheese,1/2 scoop vanilla,1 1/2 scoops choclate protein powder,2 tbsp peanut butter,1 banana, 2 cups low fat skim milk, 1/2 scoops of liquid tuna, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of ice
Total:53 grams of protein
Calories:398

if you substitute this as a "meal" then that is a reasonable amount of fat I'd say... would be legit to make this your 5th or 6th meal in the day if you can't get all in food.
When you say 1/2 scoop vanilla... is that protein powder as well or what? And what's liquid tuna? is that something you buy like that or do you just throw it in a blender or something?

I have an Isagenix Chocolate shake every morning for breakfast, I love them, but that does not imply that I will not try something new. Sound like a good recipe, I will give it a try. Kudos!

HaHa! I know sometimes it sounds disgusting I remember a while back,someone posted a recipe that includes...eggs,tuns,and peanut butter... sounds gross huh? Tasted pretty damn good though...LOL
