Christopher here Age 32 Occupation- father of 4
I know I should read first but thought I would post and maybe recieve some experienced readers opinions on what has been most popular or have had best feedback on information for best legal starter supplement + excercise routine I am currently fit but seek to become stronger with small gains in size and or weight [personal note]-I have tried creatine, whey proteins,no explode<both original and new formulas> and now no shotgun. And so far have liked creatine and original no explode. Currently I run 2-3 miles regularly and since I am rarely able to get to a gym have to stick to pushups/pullups and dips . I have tried reading various forums about various legal steroids or alternatives and am looking for a reasonable and effective solution Thank you for taking the time to read and hope for some good advice

Regarding legal steroid, none are legal... supplements that actual work... creatine.. alternative work-around... anti-aging docs/clinics will often legally prescribe HGH/PGH, which alone is good for size but not for strength.... FYI, this forum has a no steroid/PH discussion policy... probably not the best place to get advice for what you're looking for.

My apologies but as you can see stated in my bio I have 4 children and would not want to do anything that I would not want them to do myself. Creatine I agree with since I am not that new to working out, but was unsure as I have tried doing the gym 6-7 days a week and in the time also using creatine. What I have seen is many others getting much faster results and yet doing alot of the same routines, and was seeking if there may be yet another supplement for someone wanting to make increases in strength and as i stated in my Subject best LEGAL steroid/alternative.But thank you for taking the time to read my forum.

alternative to a steroid? As in a testosterone booster? From what I understand there isn't really anything that truly works, I tried a couple things, didn't help. Only supplement that really gives me results is creatine like smoundzou says, I still take some preworkout stuff, protein, vitamins, BCAA's, a lot of the basics. You might want to check out your diet and look into how nutrition plays a role, and figure out if you need to make changes there. Also pullups dips and pushups are great, but you can't get the kind of heavy resistance without adding weight. You really should check out these forums for traning tips, diet tips, there's a lot of good information to help you set up a program that could work for you. Sorry if I said more than was needed, but I sometimes see people get better results than me, but sometimes genetics do the trick, or else someone being 19-20 having solid hormones.

Hit up Craigslist for some weights. An Olympic bar and 255# of weights can almost always be had for under $200. That might even include a bench. Stop by the kitchen for some good clean foods. You will need a good clean diet to go along with your new weights to add lean mass with as little fat as possible. Celebrate by getting a good nights sleep. That's where the real mass is built.

If your sticking to running, push ups,and dips . A supplement probably is not whats best for you. Try and find a bench, rack, and some dumbells you will be able to accomplish much more and will no longer need to seek out supplementation. At least for a while....

Here's a tip: Lift your a** off. Do a little cardio. (which you are already doing) Eat like there's no tomorrow. And as far as supplements/steroids go: Don't take roids Take a multivitamin omega 3 and whey protein. If you really are wanting size, take creatine. Buy some cheap weights off of craigslist like RobertN said. Or, you can buy mine, I hate em and I want olympic!
Bench: 70 Squat 135 Deadlift: 1??s Supps: Creatine, Multi, Fish Oils Jones's Log
