Sprints, hands down. If you want to take "fun" into account, then just about any sport you enjoy works.
1x20x310 20 rep squat program as of 1/18/12 Back squat 405. Front Squat 325. Clean and Jerk 235. PowerClean 255. @205

I wonder what is the best cardio exercise that will not cause your legs to bulk up? I dislike this & often even after a long walk my legs feel more 'pumped up' which i don't like. What can i do?

What can i do? Are you serious? Any activity will make them fill up with blood. As far as bulking up, cardio isn't going to make them bulk up. Maybe you could bulk them up with fat by eating more mcdonalds all day long.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) works great (Tabata for example).

I like to keep it entertaining so I play a lot of basketball. If I cant find the time for that I do interval training: 30 secs walking 30 secs jogging 30 secs sprinting Repeat as desired Listening to some inspiring music also helps while interval training.

Cardio exercises are really good for the fitness improvement and fat burning. These exercises are mostly recommended for the weight loss. The more effective cardio exercises for the fitness are walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling, and jumping a rope.

My idea for the subject is this, the most effective cardio exercise is the one you actually love to do in a day to day basis. Choosing the most effective cardio routines that you enjoy and appropriate to your level of fitness. In this way, you'll have a better motivation to yourself to get up and go to the gym each day.

There really is no "best" exercise. All types have benefits, and no one exercise will produce greater results than the others. To find the best cardiovascular exercise for you, look at what you enjoy and what will increase your heart rate.
