My question is,

1) what is the best brand of whey protein, yet reasonable in price?

2) Does the quality of the whey matter? Is it a significant difference?

Optimum Nutritions 100% whey is the best out there IMO
and you can get it from www.Buildingbrawn.com for $34.
Plus they have some AWESOME flavors.

Current supps: Cell Tech,Superpump 250,Animal pak,ON 100% whey

i would have to agree with bulkingup on ON 100% whey, its good stuff and i love the taste. Another one you could try is NSI Natural Whey protein, its basiacally the same thing as ON whey, and i liked it just as well, plus good price

ON's 100% whey for sure and also the ON's slow release Casien is good as well.

"When lifting, always choose a load that will challenge you to complete the number of reps you're going for. Ideally, you won't be able to complete more than one rep more than your goal number-if you can, the load isn't challenging."

Did you guys know that if you mention the online price(which is cheaper), that they will honor and give you the online price? I barely found out today . :)
