Also, I read a lot about the Skyndex bodyfat caliper does anybody know anything about the formulas that it contains one is the Durnin and the other is the Jackson-Pollack. Anybody with advice PLEASE HELP!!!

· Body Fat Caliper – A device that is simple to use, cheap, comes with instructions and can measure your body fat in the privacy of your own home with a one spot pinch test. Maybe not the most accurate but it will really narrow down some of your results and will play a critical role in the monitoring and tracking steps.
