yeah ive heard it is too. ive heard mixed reviews though. im mainly looking for a postworkout creatine for muscle gain while not gaining fat. i am trying to create a strong yet lean physique. The amount of creatine supplements is overwhelming and you here mixed reviews about all of this. If anyone with knowledge about creatine could help us out. I am really trying to keep lean and gain alot of muscle.

Get Gaspari SizeOn, Ive been on it for 3 weeks and have seen good results. No bloating or stomach problems and lean gans.

Xceed is great.  Crazy strength gains and no bloating whatsoever, and it's pretty cheap.

i would start with a bog standard creatine monohydrate power, should cost no more than £10 or $15. be sure to get a pure monohydrate, with no additives. Many of these new fangled Cr products are mixed with all sorts of other stimulants that pump you up befroe you work out. However they are also really expensive. I am currently writing a 20,000 word report at university on Creatine, so i have done loads of research on this topic. The is currently no scientifc literature available that suggest these new designer creatine (creatine pyruvate, CEE, etc.) are any more effective than good old creatine monohydrate.

good luck man, post which one you buy!

I like creatine monohydrate because it doesnt bloat, is pretty cheap, and can come unflavored, meaning no bad tastes. But I'm looking for some other creatine to replace it, so if anyone can suggest something please do.

CellMass - currently on and i'm very satisfied so far. Heard lots of positive feedback about SizeOn might give it a shot after i'm done with CellMass.

friend of mine got the same problem but that was years ago. His first creatine mono didnt do much to him which was of course very dissapointing because all that hype about creatine. Afterwards, we heard that creatine mono should be taken with sugar (glucose), which works as a creatine transporter.
