Cycle: Cutting Fat
Rough Scale BRE: 1990 cal/day

Areas to improve: Only take Whey Protein for pre/post workouts.  Start taking creatine again.  Workout 5 days a week instead of just 3.  Only eat ONE cheat meal a week.

As of this week I will be decreasing my carbohydrate intake from
45% carb 25% protein 30% fat
To the new breakdown for the next two weeks of
40% carb 30% protein and 30% fat

Total Calories: 2600
Carbohydrate Calories:1040 (40%)
Protein Calories:780 (30%)
Fat Calories:780 (30%)

Carbohydrate Grams: 260 (40%)
Protein Grams: 195  (30%)
Fat Grams: 87 (30%)

Meal One-Meal Five
Lean Protein: 39(g)
Complex Carbohydrate: 52(g)
Good Fat: 17.4(g)

Training Program for week 6:
HIIT Program Week 6
Monday-11 min. cycle
Wednesday-12 min cycle
Friday-12 min cycle

Lifting Routine for week 6:
Monday:Chest & Shoulders
Chest
Flat Barbell BP-
25/             20/              15/
