the only way you will stop the shaking is increasing your stength. you need to think about the muscles your using ie the triceps, shoulders, and chest. train you triceps heavy because there involved in lots of heavy movements like shoulder press bench press etc if you dont train them heavy you will find it hard to incrase your strength. keep the rep range between 4-6 for the tris, and start off with either skull crushers or close grip bench presses ads this effectively use the whole of the muscle as opposed to individual heads.

Yeah, I do sets of 165 for tricep press, and I do skull crushes, tricep presses.
Ive ben working alot on them latley, as I have tiney arms, and it annoys me.
I see guys maxing out, but they are not shaking like crazy like me, its weird..

Do negatives with the weight your maxing on.. Control it all the way down and have someone lift it back up for you do 5 - 6 reps like that. I assure you, you wont be as shakey when you try to max on it again.

When you control it on the way down bring it down very slow and focus on your form more then the weight someone is going to lift it off you anyways.. If you notice how I bench in my videos I will control the weight very slowly down and blast up it has helped me get past that shakey business.. I have a condition called tremors so I always shake and weight lifting intensifies it.

Bryce, have you been training with the negatives?  You able to do 230 with more control yet?

stick to weight you can bench without shaking, I have the same problem so I don't lift my max as I shake too much.

I have heard multiple places by many football coaches and such that biceps help benching stability, and that is their only help with football, otherwise they are to get the girls.
Bench- 285
Squat- 450
Clean- 280
HT- 6'3
WT-245
40- was 4.68 but added 15 pounds bulk so IDK
