I would like to see everyone's opinions on my bench press sets. I would like to see if there is a better work out than what i'm doing. This was my last work out for bench a couple of days....I would like to know what I should change or add. lbs reps 135 10 (warm-up) 205 10 225 8 265 6 285 4 305 2 Any Idea's? I'm not sure if this is the best work-out for bench, I would like to hear your opinions. I also do many other work-outs for chest besides bench. I would just like to get all that I can out of Flat Bench. Also, my goal is to get stronger in Flat Bench, every other work out seems to be fine.

Try doing some just plain ole pushups in the morning, or any time for that matter

hey i do 5x5 now 5 sets for 5 reps at a higher % of weight than the normal amount i would lift for a 3x10 or so i like this more than the other things i have done i think that this is more efficient and better for joints in the long run than a max and a near max rep all the time
