Bench-Advice - Sunday, August 09, 2009 1:20 PM ( #1 )
Thinking of investing in a bench and 140Kg of free weights for the evenings I have to work late and cant get to a gym. Anyone have any experience with the bodymax folding bench below... is it any good?

I think you would be better off with a solid-through bench, I'm not quite sure how sturdy a foldable bench would be.
