so can someone give me an accurate measurement on how long chains need to be for benchin and what gauge links
also with boards
could someone give me a rundown of some workouts surroundin chains and boards

If weightlifting was easy, everyone would do it

You gotta lift BIG, to get BIG

Doesn't matter how much you lift but how you lift it

I would suggest that you check out Dave Tate and West Side Barbell club. They have lots of articles on their site with respect to chains.
Good Luck

Chains help increase your max lift.
They work well because you are able to increse the weight on the bar for the stronger parts of your lifts. Check out westside barbell they have all you could ever want to know about chains.

think about this as you push up the bar the farther it goes off the ground the heavier its gets because the more the chians are lifted off the ground
if you're cup's already full then its bound to overflow
