Bench press - Wednesday, July 01, 2009 11:22 AM ( #1 )
uhh i mostly made this video because someone was being a dike but yea see how i did? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LOSnaK7o2g i usually do 185 5x5 but someone didnt think i could do 210. :D
219 weight trying to lower 217 now. 2 months later. lol.

Nice, the bumpin your head on the bar was best part. Most people wouldn't of showed that and redo the video mad respect! lol

my front door is really hard to open so i literally just head bang it open so i really didnt notice me hittting the bar someone else saw the vid and told me :P thanks though is that a decent lift at 16 YO?

lol, thats a very good lift for 16, you should already know that if you ever seen other kids at your school lift. Unless their all freakishly strong lol.

 small school so im like prob in top 5 for strength  and thanks ive not maxed out yet but most of my close pals i can curl more then they bench lol :D

lol my point exactly, I would look into cardio and dieting however and get both things working out has to offer looks and strength ;)

i do cardio about 20 minutes a day except on weekends and im watching what i eat i was like 15lbs heaver i have a topic on it its called "losing weight over summer" or something :D but thatnks for the suggestion
