Belly fat - Thursday, August 03, 2006 12:57 PM
Hey guys im weighing about 175 and really the onlyplace i have fat is around my lower belly. How can i get rid of that? I tried so hard for 3 months. I started at 192 and got down to 165. I could tell a little bit but i still had that stubborn lower belly fat. I lost weight everywhere else and people could tell, but in the mirror i still looked fat around my stomach. What can you guys recommend?

Keep working at losing fat, the stomach is the last place the fat will leave but there is no way to just reduce fat in that area. I suggest doing some bulking now that you lost that much weight and then after a few months cut again and you'll notice a huge difference.

do you have any workout suggestions that you can share with me so i can bulk up?  Thanks for the help.  Its funny, I cut weight to look good for vacation. I was proud of myself and how good i did. then after vacation OH BOY.  lol i gained back like 12 lbs.  That is why i want to get back to working out and get bigger. It felt GREAT working out and getting in shape.

Marc
Thanks for the information. I apprecate it.

the best way 2 get that bf off is either running or leg lifts . i dont think that crunches mwill get u buffd up unless u got a plate on ur chest. but running is prob the best i got a 8pack from it

Umm, I would try to make the lower stomach muscles grow if I were you by doing leg raises and toes to sky and like Torch said, by running.  This will bring out more definition and the running will take away some of the fat.
