Here is my 3 weeks into lifting. Haven't been to the gym in almost 5 years now. I should slap myself for quiting.

i'm guessing you have to do image hosting to get more than one pic in a post. i'm only posting 4 so i'll just put them all in like this.

Umm, I dunno I believe that. You look pretty swole as if you been working out for a while, you would look a lot different if you have not worked out for 5 fkn years, in my opinion...

I'll post more in about 2 month if you don't believe me. I've been blessed with decent genetics, and muscle memory has taken me to where I am now after just under 1 month of lifting. My arm was just under 20 inches when i stopped, so I have more than a litle work to do. It's going to take at least a year just to get them back to 19

You've obviously got good genetics to have retained that much muscle mass. What's your plan? Get your diet in order and bulk some or go ahead and try to shred down before summer is over? I don't think you could go wrong either way at this point. You've got a solid frame to work with.

i'm going to try a clean bulk. if i get my diet down i'll lose bodyfat by default. i'm gonna try to keep it between 3-4k of clean calories and i'll see how my body responds to that. it may not look like i've lost a lot, but believe me it's gone. my arms always keep good shape even when i'm not lifting, but my chest is a shell of it's former self. suprisingly enough i can still do a solid 12 at 225 on the bench, but i've lost all my mass. in time it will come. don't have any pics from back in the day. didn't have a digital camera back then. any of the pics i did have were all with x girlfriends and they hit the trash can long ago, lol.

i'll put up a pic of my legs next time i bust the camera out. i've only worked my legs once since i've been back. my thighs are still pretty large and my calfs still have decent shape from my job. they do however have a long way to go

Because guys don't put any emphasis on legs. Some guys don't even lift legs. I hate little twiggy legs.
