Hi i'm a newbie on working out but my friend helps me out as much as he can. i'm a lightweight 120 llbs, barely any fat on me, 5'8 and i've been doing resistance band training at least 1-2 times a day for 20 minutes and when i have the time do free weight training and benching... my friend was a wrestler and knows more about working out then i... my goal at the time is the body of Ryan Renolds, i just thought he looked really good and i want that to be my goal... obviously i'm really skinny so help a brother out... thank you for taking the time

Basically what you'll want to do is add muscle first, with the proper diet like danmirage pointed you towards- And then you'll want to switch your diet to a fat burning one so you can show off the muscle you've gained. Ryan Reynolds- I'm assuming that's the guy from Blade Trinity, right? Ridiculously low bodyfat. The only way you're going to get there is to follow a fat burning, or cutting diet to the tee- If you watch the special features on that DVD, he talks about it himself a little- Said it was like eating cardboard to get down to that bodyfat percentage, or something like that. It's hard work, but you can do it with some discipline and the right info- Start off with bulking though, since you're going to want something to show off.
