Beginner and i need some help

Hey guys i'm tryin to decide on a supplement to use.. i would like to lose some fat, but at the same time gain alot of muscle.  From what i have read and heard NO-xplode looks pretty good.  I have a few questions though:

  • Is this really the best for the use i want? (fat loss and fast muscle gain) and if not, what would be a better choice?
  • Where is the best place to buy this (or your recommended) product? Is it sold at certain stores? 24 hr fitness didn't have any and i don't know what stores carry it.  Should i just buy it online?
  • I've heard a lot about "pumps".. from the context it sounds like its like hype and energy, but i'm not sure, what exactly is it?
  • Is it ok to take other things along with this? (ie. protein shakes, high protein/carbo smoothies from 24 hr, power bars, etc)

Ok..Really the only supplement i've taken is no-xplode and to answer your questions.

For muscle gain yes.  For fat loss I'd say yes also. My arms, chest, legs all are way bigger thanks to no-xplode.  As a fat loss, I've dropped some bodyfat but nothing to be like boom 2 months and I'm cut.  I'm very happy with the muscle results the fat loss I'll give 3.5 out of 5.

    Where is the best place to buy this (or your recommended) product? Is it sold at certain stores? 24 hr fitness didn't have any and i don't know what stores carry it.  Should i just buy it online?  It is sold at GNC exclusively I think.  Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. But for a way cheaper price i'd buy it online.

    alright dude bottom line is that you need to get your nutrition and your mindset in the right area first...you aint gettin huge over nite..but given the dedication it will come in no time. As far as noxplode goes ive taken it and the pumps are great but the pumps come from L Arginine..arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide w/ produces the '' pump '' so in actuality you could take L Arginine by itself and get a similar pump but NOxplode also has creatine and other aminos so its a considerably better preworkout then just arginine aka NO2....although the No2 / Ce2 stack is very powerful from what i have heard...So bottom line..take Noxplode by all means and intake about 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight everyday so if your about 185 take in 185g of protein to keep your body in an anabolic state...I work at GNC and i could tell you a hundred different things to take but as far as BSN products go...STACK NOXplode w/ CELLMASS and AXIS HT for good gains in size/strength...later dude
