Hey people whats up my name is David Creed. I'm really wanting to start working out my body a lot more because of the lack of muscle and weight I have now. I'm 16, 6'1, and 140 pounds. I'm needing some info on how to build good healthy muscle that will show and some exercises that will help me. I currently work out on ym punching bag everyday to help build my arms and endurance. I also do try to do 3 seps of 30 crunches every nigth and I also workout with my 20lbs dumbells. I'm seeing pretty good results right now but I'm hoping that ya'll can help me even more. I have a good deit, I usually have good protein everyday from meat at night for dinner, whether it be steak, chicken, pork etc. I also eat a lot of potatos and drink milk daily. Advice would be nice thanks everyone.
