Hi, I was wondering what kind of supplements I should start using? I was thinking about ON 100% whey, what do you guys think?

I think Whey is good. That's actually all I take because my parents and stuff won't let me use anything, but I don't really mind. Maybe get a multi in there.

Any type of whey protein, you may want to use something with a little bit of glutamine (spelling?) in it to help even more

take whey protein, whatever brand you want, to help you in your protein intake you really don't need anything else

ORIGINAL: Beginner_Lifter Hey guys, I bought Muscle Tech Nitro-Tech Hardcore. is this the right choice or shall I return it? IMO, ON 100% Gold Standard Whey is the best. Never tried Nitro-Tech and it probably isn't bad, but the ON Whey beats every other I have tried.

For your first supplement I think you'd be better going with the 100% whey or mm imo

I have had Nitro tech,... i think it is very good product put out my muscletech, I did see gains in bodyweight(muscle)...and more pumps or reps
Maxed out #'s Bench Press:210 Squat:280 deadlift:300 Supplements: Nitro tech, whey, NO Black Powder, massXXX, mega men vitamins

whey and multivitamin is like the basics for any bodybuilder and is all you will really need or u cud always whack 5 eggs in a glass with water and hold ur nose
