Stan takes natural weight lifting too far XD not really. Not sure if anyone said it but you could also swim its better for the body, uses more muscles then running and it might actually fun lol.

One of the best workout plan! The Workout plan for the best way for not being overtraining: 1) Work chest, triceps and shoulders on the same day, and biceps and back on the same day so that it's ok if the secondary muscles get worked that day, because your doing them anyway. 2) Separate those muscles that work a secondary muscle so that they are far enough apart not to overtrain you. For example, do Chest Monday, triceps on Wednesdays, and shoulders Friday... and biceps Monday with chest, and back Wednesday or Friday. 3) This is personally what I prefer, and do myself. Do chest and triceps Monday, and shoulders Thursday, and back and biceps together on Friday.

Well i myself like to keep it simple and that often works best because you can see where your making progress. Start out light and do mainly compund exercises like bench squat shoulder press chins stuff like that will pack on muscle. And just try to maintain your reps but increase weight by 5lbs each workout for those exercises for instance i do 8 6 4 2.. 5lbs seperating each set like bench i do 200 for 8 205 6 210 4 220 2 i can seperate the two last sets by 10lbs if i get above 200lbs in a movement. But start fairly light dont pick a weight that you can barely do 8 and barely do 6 the most true saying in bodybuilding is you have to take small steps to take a big step and after awhile you can do weighted chins weighted dips so on and so forth. And after three weeks do one or two weeks of lighter high rep training to give your muscle fibers associated with heavy lifting a break. Just remember there is a direct correlation between muscle strength and muscle size and dont expect too much too soon.

- Warm up properly. I typically do 10 min of cardio to get a little sweat going and get the blood flowing
- Keep the exercises basic and keep the reps in the 8-12 range.
- Switch up the exercises every 6 weeks to keep the muscle confused and to continuously stimulate growth.
- Get adequate rest (7hrs min)
- Eat smaller but more frequent meals
- Drink a protein shake once or twice a day (definitely post workout)

hi friends One serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time. You can simply ask to take home the leftover. -------------------- manoj87 ------------------------- workouts

In my experience, you can gain muscle mass and tone without using expensive weights or machines. Your own body weight can be used to make you stronger. The only help I use is a pull up bar and a couch. You would be surprised how many exercises you can do. Just search google for "exercise with body weight" and you'll find many resources. Hope this helps!
