Truthfully, Stan has a decent idea Mop, you could do somethin long the lines of say.. Mon - 30-45 mins of cardio Tues - Lets see...Fill a milk jug with water and use that as resistence when doin crunches? probably 3x failure at first to see how many you can do with good form, and strap a jug to each ankle and do around 3xfailure of pullups to see how you are on those also Wed - 30 - 45 mins of cardio Thurs - Along the same lines as Tues Fri - 30-45 mins of cardio You could try that out and then alter it however u feel most comfortable, you could also use the jugs for curls, tricep extensions, umm "dumbell" press

I know this is about 5 months old but i feel i should post some of my 2 cents. You dont realy need weights to get more muscle, but weights do help. you can use your body weight to work out, like push ups, pullups/chin ups, dips, squats with no weights etc... I also found this. Its called "combat conditioning" its just some stuff like handstand pushups, backbridge, squats etc with out weights. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mahler19.htm There are 3 different variations of the push ups you can do normaly that work your body differently, put your hands together and it works your tris most, shoulder lenght its all kinda equal, and wide works your chest more etc.. Weights do help, but they arent the only way to get some muscle. Like this guy said, he is just looking to add some muscle, not to get buff and huge or good huge strength gains. just my 2 cents :x

Altogether, beginning anything worth while is worth doing the research. Take the Badger for example. He attacks at will, often unprovoked. He studies his enemies. He thinks about you while he is awake and dreams about attacking you while asleep. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hereford/worcs/3023369.stm.

Yeah ... I would definitely limit the number supplements you take. One good one is all you really need. I have been taking muscle milk (not in excess) for a couple of months now. It's definitely something you should check out for stimulating new growth. Going back to what Ectomorph said, I definitely agree that you don't need all weights to build muscle. I have actually been working out from home for the past 10 years and have been very successful with a limited amount of equipment. I hate going to the gym and I don't remember ever having a significantly good workout there. -Paul Hey guys, I'm writing a book on how to build muscle from home and I need your opinions, click here for your chance to win a FREE copy before it's released to the market: http://howtobuildmuscleathome.weebly.com/

StatixMX Why does people tend to announce to the world how much they are able to lift? The amount of weight you lift means NOTHING. Your body does not know the difference between 50 bs. and a 100 bs. It's how you do it and how often you do it. These guy's (kids) who say they bench 250 always make me laugh. See how many of the "lifters" actually bench the weight correctly to get the most muscle workout. I see guy's benching heavy weights only to bring the bar down halfway to their chest and the struggle like **** to lift it back up. After a few of these they say, "wow did you see what I benched there?" Beleive it or not the time spent lifting at the gym is only 25% towards achieving a ripped body. The other 75% is life style, diet and sleep. One more thing. Theinsane1 you need to grow up.

I agree I have made alot more gains off of having proper form. Lucky for me it was one of the first things I focused on. I really didn't care at all how much weight I was lifting.
