 Before / after

simple question..... im on super pump 250 in the mornings when i wake up im pretty hungry but i also want to work out so should i eat then relax a bit then take sp250 or take it work out then eat??

you should alwasy eat in the morning when you first wake up.. especially if you're going to workout.  If you're planning your training in the morning, then take the extra step and do it right.. wake up early enough to eat at least an hour before training.  
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing
