Before you lookup supplements....
-
Tuesday, September 09, 2008 5:56 PM
Why the hell are there twice as many posts in the supplements section then there are in the diet and nutrition section? Is that what people believe now a days that supplements benefit you more then a healthy diet? Half of these posts are the same thing asking about the latest supplement to get huge. Supplements have their place, don't get me wrong, I use a few myself, but please work on your diet before you start to even think about taking supplements. If you have input on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of sugar on my cereal, I sprinkle on NOXPLODE.

Because a diet is easy. Supplement companies have a lot of crazy claims. Some people think 75g of dextrose and 5g of creatine will make them HUUUUUUUGE.

I care. Even though Supps are 99% of the game.

Thanks for the input people. Another question I would like to ask is how much do you spend on your diet per month and how much do you spend on supplements per month? Just curious to know... I will start it off by saying I spend about $100 per month and about $400 dollars per month on my cutting phase as well as my bulking phase.

Lol, yeah, who ever said that lifting was cheap? Truth is, its not. Gym membership - $40, supplements-$100 per month, food-$400 (I cannot afford this now, of course, living in a college town without a job :S). If you find a way to lift cheaply let me know.
