Before i start creatine

I just got my 100% monohydrate and want to start it tomorrow , just wanna know first off how to take it , it says right after workout with water , and almost all creatines say on an empty stomach so im assuming that i must do that , but the guy at the store said put it in my protein shake , wont the protein get absorbed first not giving me the full effect of the creatine cuz protein took up the space needed for the creatine? i also read alot of carbs with creatine can upset ur stomach , my shake is a gainer so theres alotta carbs . just wanna know weather i should take it mixed with my protein post work out , or should i take the creatine on its own then wait 30-60 min before consuming the protein shake?... thanks!

Mostly I take it before I work out, sometimes after. Sometimes alone with water, Sometimes added to my Protein Shake. Sometimes on a empty stomach, Sometimes full. It has not bothered me with any application. I drink alot of water during my day. Creatine is a easy add on to my supplements. Just read the directions and start there.

I usually take some before workout with grape juice. Then take some in my protein shake after workout. Worked good for me Keep on bro

you can take it pre and post workout giving you 10 grams total pre - take it with a simple carb like juice of some sort post - yes its absoulty fine to take with your shake the protein cant "take up" the space for creatine there two different substances
bench - 305 lbs squat - 505 lbs dead - 550 lbs only with a belt i dont care for suits

I like to take it before and after, some days if I do cardio or some training a second time that day I will take it again after that session. Linda
