Hey, I know I've been posting a lot of pics lately, but this is the last time I'm gonna post for awhile, because I'm probably going to maintain for a while.... Anyway, here is the results of my cut from 220 to 175: Before: After:

It's a good thing you said "no homo" Perrynaytor, otherwise I would have been worried, lol. Thanks guys. Time to get fat again!!! (I don't think that's possible with this MMA s*** I'm doing though).

Bri I'm willing to say you're officially "ripped" now. 5'11" 175lbs, you skinny bastard. You'd be in a good weight class with MMA though seeing your strength to size ratio. Your deadlift is still over 400 for low reps isn't it?

Crom on a cracker! That's impressive! You wouldn't happen to have a half-way pic, would you? Somewhere around 185?

I actually have a bunch of progress pics, but they are on my home computer Veg. I'll post them later. Yes, MVP I can still deadlift about 410 lbs. for about 3 reps. I'm trying to get my squat back up to 315 too!

That's bad ass! But your totally covering **** up.. Shave the hair boy! I got alot of hair also but I hit it every day with soap and water, only takes me 20min to do it. Sometimes 15min. The very first time you shave it though it takes a couple hours so you want to use shaving cream on the most of it then touch it up in the shower with soap. You take off that hair and your going to look damn near where I am at right now. Just cut off maybe 5 more lbs your going to look insane. Then clean bulk 15 and cut back 7 or so. You get the point stay in the range where you still have abs. Great Job! :)

he actually isn't that much smaller. He is taking a shot on the cell phone in one picture and the other picture he is using a wider lense camera. Cell phone pictures always make you look a bit smaller. When that hair is gone he will look savage. The forearms are no doubt ripped and have veins in them but you can't see them cause of the hair.

LOL yeah I agree shave the hair and go about 5 lbs lower and you'll look bad a$$! Impressive cut none-the-less. 410lbs X 3 with good form at 175lbs raw is an impressive deadlift.

Looking great man. I wonder when to do my first-ever cut. I still need quite some size on my frame. Probably I'll start cutting once I hit 183-185lbs. I am in the 168-169 range now.

Yeah, at your height cutting from 185 - 190 would be dope.. You could look pretty beastly. Cutting from 220 to 180 - 185 would put you in the light heavy weight body builder type range... That's pretty freaking big, depending on how lean you are at 220. Either way you can be a seriously impressive 160 - 165.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I do look like I lift now, haha. I don't really wanna shave my whole body. I just manscape every few weeks with an electric razor, otherwise I start looking like teen wolf, lol. I'm liking the way I feel like this. I never lifted weights to impress girls before (to be quite honest, my friends on this forum and another one that I go on are my main motivation, haha), but there is definately a huge difference with the way chicks are towards me now. It's kinda cool. I may go to gain another 15 lbs. or so, but MMA is my main hobby right now, and extra weight has no benefit in that. So I'll probably just maintain.

Thanks Harddog! Squat 5RM 325 --> 275 Deadlift - same Bench 1RM 260 --> 235 OH press 1RM 160 --> 145 Power Clean 3RM 170 -->160 Rows - same Weighted pull-ups - increased the amount I can do with 45 lbs. attached Basically only the pushing exercises went down, the pulls stayed the same or got stronger. And I just plain suck at doing power cleans, but I still love them.

how long it take you to cut??? I think if you really wanted to you could still drop a few lbs and become super cut ... Anyway looking good ... time to do a clean bulk

At least shave your arms, there are so many little muscles and veins you can't see with hair on them. Do it once, if you don't like it tell me to STFU lol. I never wanted to do it, then i got into stripping etc.. had to shave everything and it all looked sick as hell

Here's one for you IBB, and this is serious, how do you shave the downstairs without getting razor burn? My upper legs and man region always gets it bad, but everything else is fine.
