Here is a picture of me on last spring break at 185lbs:

(yes I was really drunk)

Then here are a few after I started my cut diet and got back to working out hard (8 weeks worth):

After spring break Im gonna start bulking. Let me know what you think needs the most attention. And I just started on my legs 2 weeks ago so not even worth posting.

looks like you have a good overall balanced physique, hammer curls will narrow the space between your bicep and forearm, maybe some trap work

like the TP roll collection too

Wait what lol?

Nice work here, but theres no way we can tell you did that in 8 weeks. You show pictures from a year ago and a few recent pics lol. So, a year lol?

Nice work nonetheless.

wow.  awesome job on cutting bro.

i'm impressed.  we have almost EXACTLY the same stats.  weight-wise, and age, height.

i look forward to seeing some pics after you bulk for 2 weeks.

some things i think you might work on (legs like you mentioned, don't ever stop doing those.  every other muscle will work to catchup with legs if you work them)

work on those biceps and deltoids

hammercurls, and also reverse grip curls will work the bicep brachiallus and give you a much more FULL looking bicep.

Yes that first pic is from a year but I hadnt worked out during that year until 8 weeks ago and so I was the same weight. Its the only decent before shot I had. Thx though.  Yeah someone in the gym told me to do hammers as well.

Oh, I failed to mention that I quit drinking beer and cut Way back on drinking period during that period, along w/ working out and really watching my diet.

Re: RE: Before and after 8 week cut - Wednesday, August 20, 2008 9:16 AM ( #17 )
I switch my bicep routine up alot weekly, but generally I do back and bis together usually some bent rows, pull ups, hammer curls, seated rows, preachers, 1 arm dumb bell preachers, seated dumb bell curls, pull downs, lat machine... I dont do all of these in one session but these are the exercises that I can think of at the moment.

BTW I have reached my goal of 190 lbs which I was hoping to achieve by November so Im very happy with my progress.  I dont feel or look like I have gained much fat during this bulk.  Matter of fact I dont really feel that Ive gotten much bigger, but my work out parteners and friends say that im wrong. On average I gained 1-1.5lbs per week once I really started bulking hard. At any rate, Im not satisfied....200 lbs here I come.

I will try to get some pics up this weekend, I would like to compare them myself.
