Just starting a cut
 
178cm
83 kg
 
i hope to cut for maybe 8 weeks then decide where to take it from there.
I'll put up new pics after the 8 weeks

Is your rotator cuff still hurt? I dont know that I would cut unless you had some specific reason, if you are back to healthy why not eat extremely clean but still over maintenance. Try and catch your chest back up by building some good muscle there.

na its still damaged, doing six weeks rehaab now.
and ya im timing it to correspond with preseason training for football, cos i'll be doing lots of cardio now

GM, hold are you?   I would say your quads are you best body part based on the pics.   Like everyone you need a little work on your upper lats (wide grip pull ups and deads), then wokr on your traps too.   Just keep after it and get your chest healed.

I don't see a point in cutting now. Seriously, continue to bulk up mate. Give it another 5-6 months and see where you get.

If u mean how old am i, I'm 20 today lol.
 
Do u really think i'l still be able to eat 500 over maintenance while doing an hour hard exercise a day for football, then another 40 mins for kickboxing??
And I'm living at home until college in seprember so i cant plan my meals really etc. You still think i shud bulk?

Yeah, bulk for another 10-15 like Virt said. If you lose weight each week, just eat more to balance out the energy levels.

yeah going to agree, bulk up some more before cutting. You dont look bad at all (BF% wise)

could anyone give me a bodyfat estimation? iv never had it measured
