I haven't been on here in a while so I thought I'd get a more up to date pic up. I might post a few more later idk. I've added about 15 pounds of muscle since I was gone. You should post your diet/schedule, I want to compare your to mine as I am bulking right now... Other than that, looking swole dude. Your arms look big as well as your forearms. Keep it up.

Thanks. I don't really have a laid out diet right now. I mainly just eat alot of eggs, chicken, red meat, pork, turkey, milk, cottoge cheese, protien powder, vegetables, oatmeal, etc. I get a good 150-200g protien a day which has worked well. The only supps I take are protien powder, fish oil, and a multi. My routine is posted in the routine section.

i dont think he's lying, they just look small in that pose, might have a really good peak on the bicep or sumtin, like me...my arms look big at rest, real thick like...but when i do a front double bicep pose, they look small cuz they dont have much of a peak

Ya they are 16.25 inches and 16.70 pumped. I have a pretty good peak but its hard to tell in the pose I'm doing. I'll take more pics and get them up eventualy.

lookin' GREAT mane. arms look to be around 16 inches like you mentioned... so i'll agree with that. how do the legs/back/chest look? and i too would like to see your diet posted up here sometime just for $hits and giggles great work. KEEP IT UP. bulk bulk bulk. if you were to stop bulking now, and cut, i have a feeling you'd be dissapointed b/c after cutting you'd be fairly close to where you started. and lastly.. what are your goals/what is your goal weight, and what are you stats as far as maxed weight on squats/deads/OH press/benchpress?

Zultan do you have some pictures cus you have some serious measurments. You must be pretty ripped to have 19.5" arms and a 49" chest at only 255lbs. I'm 6'8" and 245-250 and my arms are only 15.5" cold and relaxed on monday morning and chest is 45", or slighty over. I'm just curious to see what a difference the few inches will make. I have been trying to picture it and was wondering how it will work if I can ever get there. I was shooting for 17.5" arms, but I can't even imagine 19.5" on a tall guy. I was happy to finally break 15", but I have some long arms.

The bulk I was on was fairly clean so I hardly gained any fat so ya I'm gonna just keep goin at it. I train alone 100% of the time so the only thing I've maxed on was deadlifts and I pulled 400 once and 325 7 times. My bench is prolly around 210-220 and my squat I have no idea lol I bet its pretty bad. I'm really trying to prioritize my legs and calves now. I don't have a laid out diet. I mainly eat every 3 hours and try to include protien at every meal along with some vegetables. As far as supps I take a multi and fish oil and protien powder.
