This is a goal I would freakin go crazy once I achieve itSmile I believe this will be a semi short term goal. As of right now I bench 225 for a 3x3 which im very happy about as well. My bench has been flying up doing a 3x3 twice a week but im sure ill hit a platue doing it soon. Because right now its been going up 5 pounds each time I do it which is insane lol. Thats 10 pounds a week...and I know if I heard someone saying this I would think there full of it but its working magic for me. Right now I believe my 1 rep max is 250 and I think ill begin to slow down on gains when my 1 rep is at 260. So im setting my goal date on 5/05/2008 to be benching 300 at 180 pounds. If I succeed a good ol DB shirt is going in my room as a present to myself Smile

ZZzz so early lol, but any how last night I did...

3x3 hang cleans with 135- just starting to do these
Cable pull backs with a rope for 8 plates for a 10x3-my new favorite exercise : )
Barbell curls with 80 for 12x3- stinks I cant move up unless I want to jump to 95 pounds so Im waiting till I can do 15 reps good form then do the jump.

Overall a 9/10 I loved doing the two exercises I never really done. Really really love the rope pull backs those are killer. Looking to go to 145 for clean and 9 plates for pulls next week.

I think your going to keep progressing quickly. My prediction is 275 is going to be a struggle to get over. It may take a bit longer then the 250 took you.

lol dont say that, I plan to go into a 5x5 once a week once I hit a point where I cant put up 5 more pounds the next week with 3x3 twice a week.

My current routine...

Monday- Abs/cardio
Tuesday- Bench 3x3, Press downs 3-5x3, Side raises 10x2
Wednesday- Clean 4x3, Rope pulls 3-5x3, Barbell curls 3-5x3
Thursday- Abs/cardio
Friday- Bench 3x3, 1 set of max pushups
Saturday- *CHEAT DAY BABY* lol have to love it
Sunday- Deadlift 3x3, Front squat 3x2, Pull ups 3-5x3

Today I did deadlifts for a 3x3 with 205 went alright lol just starting out with these. Then supersetted those with 5x3 dead pull ups. Once I was done with that I bagged for 15mins and that was all my legs are kind of sore from yesterday playing bball. I havent ran for ages Smile

Plan on shooting hoops out back moving at a good pace so that its a good cardio. Then ill do my abs after im done, I hope its not to awful windy out a bit chilly is ok. Having a rough day as always down in the dumps poor andy Smile

I'm so scared about tomorrow I think ive ruined it for being a good workout. Yesterday I was bagging then got mad how I didnt have much endurance so I just kept going at it forever intill my shoulders were totally dead. Then today I jump roped forever which even tired my shoulders out more. And now I have to bench tomorrow and I bet my shoulders will not be able to handle it now Smile

Urgh I didnt workout out today Smile I was scared to in the morning because of my shoulders being so worn out. So I planned to do it later after me and my girl talked about everything thats going on if we should be together or not (were still together Smile) But then out of NO WHERE my dad calls from work telling me he has to have me go into his work from 10-2:30 in the mornin (why im on so late) so then I was ticked because I knew I had to go to my girls hows and get this seatled so it dont keep going on and on. So I ended up not working out Smile I also think im going to go back into more of a bodybuilding routine now that my bench is up there and im sure im about to hit a platue and if so this will help me keep on going. Prolly going to do a 5x5 on chest day which is still a very good strength gainer

Today...
Flat bench- 195 for a 5x5 went to easy Smile going to try and do 205 next time so its nice lookin a 45 and a 35 pound plate.
Incline bench- 45 pound DB highest weight I got for 12 reps
Then I did it with a barbell with 135 for 10 reps
Flies- 30s slow and controlled felt great for 2 sets of 10 reps
Side shoulder raises- 10 lb for 15 reps then 15 lb for 10 reps nice and slow felt real good also Smile

My shoulders were still craped from that day I tried to push myself hard doing bags. So I think next week ill be able to do 205 on the 5x5 which will be real nice. Abs are still sore from yesterdays ab workout feels awsome Smile just a nice light soreness
