Are you on PH's now? If you're not 15 sets for chest is too much if your shooting for strength. One thing that helped me get my bench up was doing incline first.

I havent did chest with 15 sets yet but more then likely ill do 10 sets then do 5 sets of shoulders. Im not on PH's yet not for couple weeks still

still deadlifts- 3 sets
leg press- 3 sets
leg extensions- 3 sets
calf raises- 3 sets
Crunches- 3 sets
twist crunch- 2 sets
Ab roll outs- 2 sets

Ok I finally found what Im going to do and im posting it now so I dont keep on reading and changing my mind  But this was the best money effecient with best reviews through the whole cycle.

Methyl Vol- 20,30,30,30mg
Supports- Saw palmetto, Hawthorne berries, and Milk thristle
PCT- Rebound xtreme 25,25,50,50mg, Fenugreek 3,4,5,6pills and DHEA 200,200,100,100mg
4 week cycle with 4 week PCT

Total cost for cycle with supports- 35$
Total cost for PCT with supports- 38$
For the enitire cycle its going to be- 73$

After this I plan to do a green buldge cycle

Today...
flat bench- 5x3 with 195
incline bench- 12x3 with 155
press machine- 10x2
dumbell inclines- 12x1
1 arm strap push- 10x3
side shoulder raises- 10-15x3

Im also switching my routine to....
monday-chest/back
tuesday-cardio/abs
wednesday-tricep/biceps
thursday-cardio/abs
friday-legs/shoulders

Then ill have 1 day off of the weekend and if feel like it do cardio on the other day. Looking to cut down to 5-9% BF I wanna see my muscle definition now days getting old just being bulky I would say im at 11-14% BF so it wont take much specially with all the cardio since I NEVER do cardio lol

what happened? why are you using such light weight on the press's? With only 5 reps..

My rest when I left for muscle mass is only 20-30 secs when I was doing those high weights I was doing a 2-3min rest.

Flat Bench 1x8-1x6-1-to however many times I can get what I want to that day...lol.
Incline Bench: 1x8-1x6-1x...
Decline Bench: 1x8-1x6-1x...
Flat bench with DB (same as w/out DB)
Incline bench with DB (same as w/out DB)
Decline bench with DB (same as w/out DB)
Peck deck 3x8
Upper peck machine 3X8

holly **** that arm day ****ed me up lol hell of a pump. I took off about 3-4 sets on both biceps and triceps I also didnt do the last 2 exercises on arm day either.

Well im happy to say I have no lack of motivation now  I look forward to make workouts hardcore now which is very good knowing that a month ago I lost motivation but now im all  like a pro! and really looking forward to next months pictures ill be taking 3/20/08

hell of a workout right now my stomach is all messed up I think its because of all those SizeOn pills and all the garlic I think thats what it is in them. Also I got 205 for 8reps
