I'm so scared about tomorrow I think ive ruined it for being a good workout. Yesterday I was bagging then got mad how I didnt have much endurance so I just kept going at it forever intill my shoulders were totally dead. Then today I jump roped forever which even tired my shoulders out more. And now I have to bench tomorrow and I bet my shoulders will not be able to handle it now

Urgh I didnt workout out today  I was scared to in the morning because of my shoulders being so worn out. So I planned to do it later after me and my girl talked about everything thats going on if we should be together or not (were still together  ) But then out of NO WHERE my dad calls from work telling me he has to have me go into his work from 10-2:30 in the mornin (why im on so late) so then I was ticked because I knew I had to go to my girls hows and get this seatled so it dont keep going on and on. So I ended up not working out  I also think im going to go back into more of a bodybuilding routine now that my bench is up there and im sure im about to hit a platue and if so this will help me keep on going. Prolly going to do a 5x5 on chest day which is still a very good strength gainer

Today... Flat bench- 195 for a 5x5 went to easy  going to try and do 205 next time so its nice lookin a 45 and a 35 pound plate. Incline bench- 45 pound DB highest weight I got for 12 reps Then I did it with a barbell with 135 for 10 reps Flies- 30s slow and controlled felt great for 2 sets of 10 reps Side shoulder raises- 10 lb for 15 reps then 15 lb for 10 reps nice and slow felt real good also My shoulders were still craped from that day I tried to push myself hard doing bags. So I think next week ill be able to do 205 on the 5x5 which will be real nice. Abs are still sore from yesterdays ab workout feels awsome  just a nice light soreness

Well ended up having a great valentines but didnt get time to workout so ill be doing a double day tomorrow which is fine biceps/triceps together works great.

Todays workout... Pull ups- 2x8-10 dead pull ups Barbell curl- 2x7 with 95 pounds felt nice having just one 25 pound plate on both sides Lay on back cable curls- 2x12 I didnt like these some reason was bothering my left shoulder ill change these out next workout Preacher curls 2x10 with a 30 pound db Good workout beside those cable curls hurting my shoulder

Today... skull crushers-3 sets close bench- 2 sets extensions-2 sets press downs-3 sets single arm extensions-1 set 10 slow pushups Workout 10/10 excellent workout indeed

Holy cow do my tris kill  just hope they arent sore for chest day. My back workout was killer as well uping my sets was a very good idea. PH stack I will be starting soon... superdrol, masterdrol, or methy vol. Not sure which ill get yet Nordial, milk thristle, 20/20/30/30, pct will be formadrol 2-3 weeks. Looking to start this beginning of next month if not sooner.
