Ok my names Randy and I'm 5'8" and 149lbs. I'm not fat, but I'm not that great in muscles and everything. I'm 15 and I'd really like to try to get six pac or at least some what showing. Any guides or tips on how to help me out on this. If possible whats the shortest guide you know of. Thanks in advanced I really just don't know where to start.

Hey man im 15 to and have a six pac. All you have to do is eat right and keep doing situps on an inclined bench with a medicine ball or a plate. Dont get into diatary suppliments just yet.
