I dont know to much of how to train for baseball if your a pitcher theres some unique exercises they have them do with bands and such. Is what I dont know anything of but I do know pylometrics mixed with explosive lifting would be your key exercises. Since all of the baseball players in any positions movements are short and fast you should train for explosiveness. In order to reduce the time it takes you to get from point to point. Heres a article I find you should read... http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw69.htm

The link should work, you may have your internet security set a bit high. Like sometimes depends on how everything you have is setup but you may see on top of the screen a little pop up bar that says if you want to enter the site and all. Then all you would need to do is click it as a trusted site and you should be in. If not ill just copy and paste it all just let me know

theres not really alot of Work Outs to do, just run, do push ups, keep in shape, Stretch alot, and practice with your friends, the only work out you can really do is try and get your ball to go faster, aiming, and judging. I play Varisty Baseball at my High School
