Could anyone tell me what the weight of the actual bar is on a smith machine

I am currently putting 4* 20kg plates on, so i would like to know my total weight lifted. If you no what i mean.

Been trainning solid now for 5 months. Could someone let us no if the above/below figures are any good for that time period

Back = single arm standing DB row - 45gk per arm
Back = single are seated machine row - 85kg

age 32
height 6.1
weight 90kgSmile

A smith machine bar has no weight.. It's on a track and balanced to 0 weight, or at least it should be.. the only weight you're lifing on a smith is the actual plates you load on it...
