Anyone ever had this before? I had this happen to me last summer and sometimes still bothers me. I was told to do exercises.

Dont stress about it too much. Most of the time its pretty harmless. Depending on the size, the chance of rupture is usually not that high.
 
If its reallly bothering you, you can get it surgically removed. Its a fairly simple procedure and it can be done as a day case.
