How is a plain baked potato for cutting? do you think I should try and substitute it for a sweet potato?

sweet potatoe is the better option. more nutrients, lower GI, but considering ur an ecto (as far as i know) it probably wouldnt be too bad to have the occasional baked potato.

Actually, it would be better to have your potato with some butter or full fat sour cream.  The fat will significantly slow the rise in blood sugar....and it will taste a hell of a lot betterSmileSmile.  I love a nice baked potato with some organic pastured butter and chives.
