Another good one
 
 
Baked SeaBass with Tangering and Onions
 
2 large tangerines
 
1 red onion, sliced into rings
 
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
 
1 1/2 pounds thick sea bass filets
 
freshly ground pepper
 
Cut one tangerine in sliced crosswise. Juice the other, and set aside. Cut onion into oinon rings. Arrange onion rings and sliced tangering evenly in the bottom of a large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with thyme.
Place fish filets over the top.Pour tangering juice over the fish, and sprinkle with pepper ( to taste) .Bake in a 400 deg. oven for 10 mins. Move fish filets to the serving platter, and coverwith tangering and onions. Dribble pan juices over the top. Served 4
