Bad Mood bodybuilder - Tuesday, April 29, 2003 12:27 PM
I' m nine days out of competition. Want to talk about being in a bad mood? My diet sucks. I' ve dieted in the past, but this blows. I eat 3 foods...chicken, oatmeal, and sweet potatos. I drink two things...water and protein shakes. The people helping me have put me on track to go from about 3.7% to under 3 % bodyfat for the show. My sleeping pattern sucks, my friends think I fell off the face of the earth. Any of the women in my life have become mere annoyances, and my English Bulldog walks the other way when I come into a room. I' ve got a lot of help around me, I just hope I don' t piss everyone off and lose all my fan support for the show!!

Anyway, this is what it' s all about. The sacrifices that 99% of the population can' t come close to duplicating. It' s funny what I think about the people I see walking around the city. I feel sorry for fat people and those smoking cigarettes. After I win this show, I' ll know it was all worth it. Wish me luck and a little sanity.

Well I' ll be dammed! You' re normal. I always go through the same moodiness. I snap at my family and friends, I get pissed at food commericals, sometimes the site of other people make me gag. LOL I even pissed off my cat one year. She got pissed at me because I didn' t have time to spend with her (all the cooking, training, cardio, eating.....) that she started peeing on the floor. Once my comp was over and I spent more time with her, she stopped peeing on the floor. LOL

Good Luck, you' re almost there.......the final stretch!!!!!!!!
