    Hey all, I have just finished recovering from a shoulder sprain and a messed up quad, both are feeling 150% better. I'm going to start working out again next week (I have a class this week early am, and thats when my school is open). I have been reading for a while about what supplements I'm going to start again and its a tossup between:

The BSN Mass Stack Foundation (NO-Xplode, Nitrix, Cellmass)

Xyance CG3

and

True No2 (stumbled on this, not sure how it is)
Stamina-Fuel
and Crea-Fuel (altogether like a stack)

Ok so I have heard that the Mass stack is either really on for some people or so-so or nothing really at all. I haven't been on supplements in a while so my body is flushed so I think it will take.

I was reading some other thread on here and basically everyone was praising CG3 as if it was god himself, but how would I take that in a stack-form? Would I just throw in a No2 suppliment? That seems most logical.

Those other suppliments ( from www.optisportnutrition.com ) all seem to be really good but I can't find any reviews so =/ .

My Stats:

Height: 6'1
Weight: 168
Bench (Not Current): 185
Clean (Not Current): 195
Snatch (Not Current): 145

**Edit (Im Stupid) I just read Misanthropy's supplement reviews. Im thinking...

Xceed, Nitrix, CellMass, and Activate (not sure about this).

:)

You would not need Cellmass if you take Xceed. And the Nitrix would be overkill on the Arginine(NO).
Nitrix=3g L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate
Cellmass=3g Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate

Xceed=3g Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL & 3g Dl-Arginine Malate

if u use xceed u wont need the nitrix or the cellmass.  xceed has 3g cee and it has nitric oxide boosting properties.   and as far as the activate, how old are you, if youre younger than about 25, i wouldnt use a test booster

That is about it. If you really want to use ActivaTe then use it. But just know its not recommended.

xceed is better than the bsn mass stack.  last just as long if not longer, does the same thing and is a lot cheaper.

And the age acceptance on ActivaTe is 18. So if you fell up to it then it will definately be better then the BSN stack and still cheaper.
