 Back in the game

Back at school, and have access to a gym once more, the grind starts tomorrow. I guess I could just use some experienced opinions on my schedule and diet. Anyway, I promise to start contributing, but for know i could use some yays/nays.

Me=18 y.o. 145lbs, 5'6"

My schedule will look something like this:

Monday-class from 10:20-11:15, then from 2:20-3:45, arms and something like 30 mins of cardio (swimming) in the afternoon. I will probably add more cardio as the year progresses, but i thought 30 mins was a good baseline.

Tuesday- class from 8-9:25, then from 9:40 to 11:05. Work at the gym from 4:30-7:30. In between times, legs.

Wednesday-class pretty much all day, until about 5:30. Then abs because they wont take very long, and another 30 mins of swimming.

Thursday-same a Tues., but back instead of legs.

Friday- class from 10:20-2, then shoulders, and another 30 mins of cardio.

Is multiple dropsets on all muscle groups a good idea, even when only working one group/day?

My diet is going to be tough, but our dining halls on campus are pretty good, so I should be able to get my protein and carbs throughout the day for the most part. Breakfast will be alot of oatmeal with pb for protein, with sixstar whey and gatorade for protein and carbs for before/after workouts, 5.9 grams creatine post workout and then my gallon of water per day.

I thought this waas the best place to post, considering it was diet/routine together, but i can always move it. Any ideas are much appreciated.
