Since your bi's are used on almost every back exercise, it's not very practical to train them the day after training your back.. either wait a few days or do the most practical thing and train them with your back.
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

I'd say, just listen to your body. I have friends who train biceps on the day right after he trains his back. He is all natural, and got monstrous biceps.
