First of all, burn means absolutely nothing anyway- Sure, it might make you feel like you got a good workout, but the truth is, it has nothing to do with building muscle at all. Neither does getting sore the next day, or feeling pumped. As long as you've worked any muscle within it's rep range with a heavy enough weight for the number of exercises and sets your program calls for, then you've done your job. Personally, I never feel sore, never get the burn or the pump, and I'm still very happy with all the progress I've made over the years.
Besides, some muscles are just hard to get pumped, or get the burn in- Just the way we're all made.
