Back to Basics!!!! - Sunday, November 16, 2003 12:32 PM ( #1 )
My local poser gym 'Fitness centre' has removed all the free weights to attract 'better clientel'.....HUH! (Just cancelled my membership), it was getting like a pick up joint anyway.ha ha
SO...got a small room at work where me and a coiple of guys have 300 lb in loose weights , 3 benches and a hanging bag (ive told my pal to take her down for xmas....)
So i was onto MAX T on the 2nd phase , guess i will have to change my routines around a little, i always liked free weights anyway so im sure it will be for the better.
STUFF THESE FANCY GYMS, WE LIKE NO FRILLS. I guess i will call my gym that, HA HA
Lack of will power has caused more failure than lack of intelligence or ability.
